GASTRO-X starts at Oxford
GASTRO-X began on 21 September 2026 at the Crossmodal Research Laboratory, Department of Experimental Psychology, University of Oxford. Over the next two years the project will study whether sensory cues can make AI recipe suggestions more trustworthy, and whether that helps households waste less food.
The first months will go into planning the focus groups that open the project. Updates, results and the demo app will appear here.
